What is the difference between the MAXXEON WorkStar® 320 and the MAXXEON WorkStar® 220? The 320 uses readily available AAA batteries. The 220 uses smaller, but more expensive AAAA batteries (which are commonly used by mechanics). The 220 is about the size of a pen, while the 320 is only slightly larger.
