Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with an item, you may exchange or return within 30 days of purchase as long as it meets the following provisions:

• Items must be new, unused, and able to be resold at full value
• Original packaging, all accessories and manufacturer documentation must be returned with the merchandise
• Contact a SmithToolSupply.com representative within 30 days of the order date
• Include a valid RGA as provided by Smith Tool & Supply

• Only the cost of merchandise is reimbursed
• Shipping cannot be reimbursed
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless SmithToolSupply.com is at fault)
• If an exchange is chosen, shipping will be charged again for the new order
• Special orders and drop ships incur a 35% restocking fee as these are non-stocking items
• Smith Tool & Supply reserves the right to refuse merchandise at their discretion
• Warranties are guaranteed only within the limitations of the manufacturers policy
